Black Eyed Pea Salsa
2 cans black eyed peas- drained
1 clove garlic minced or 1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 medium red onion- finely chopped
1 rib celery- diced
1 tsp crushed red pepper (more to taste)
1 TBS Worcestershire Sauce
Mix all and add dressing. Chill well.
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 TBS sugar
Whisk together until sugar is dissolved. Add more vinegar to taste if necessary.
Serve very cold w/ tortilla chips, baguette rounds, crackers, etc.Pin It
