Seafood for the 4th { A Review of Cousins Maine Lobster }

Are you still looking for something to wow your Independence Day guests with? Or maybe you're having a simple celebration with your family, but want it to be a little extra special? How would you like to have fresh Maine seafood on your holiday table...brought straight to your front door? You can have just that with Cousins Maine Lobster.

Cousins Maine Lobster started as one of LA's most visited food trucks, but after winning an investment on ABC's "Shark Tank", it quickly expanded into 2 trucks, a LA-based restaurant, and a US-wide delivery service, bringing gourmet, NEVER frozen lobster meals to homes across the nation within 24 hours!

From decadent Lobster Mac n Cheese, to lobster rolls, to lump lobster meat for tacos, salads and more...all of it can be ordered online and in your kitchen in just one day!

The folks at Cousins were so kind to send my family some samples we could enjoy, and let me tell you, we were in heaven! They sent us a "kit" to make 6 Lobster Rolls.  Oh my gosh...I couldn't believe I wasn't sitting on the shores of Maine enjoying fresh caught lobster! So sweet and flavorful, for us lobster lovers, it was as tasty as anything we could get at our favorite seafood restaurant.

Plus I loved the fact the package included everything I needed to assemble the rolls. From the traditional buns, to mayo, to butter...and of course the meat, I could whip up a delicious lunch in no time. And people, we're not just talking about small pieces of lobster meat. This was huge chunks of both claw and knuckle meat.

If you are looking for a little upscale addition to your holiday meal, or maybe know some lobster lovers you want to send a special gift to, visit them online for more info and ordering and be sure to follow them on Twitter for all the latest news!
