1 fully ripened avocado from Mexico, halved, pitted and peeled
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 large slices bread, toasted
2 slices bacon, cooked and halved, optional
2 TBS chopped tomato, optional
In a bowl, mash avocado with fork. Season with salt and pepper. Evenly spread mixture on toast, cutting each in half. If desired, add bacon and/or tomato to top.
