Did you attend or host a huge backyard barbecue for the 4th, enjoying good company, and even better food? While millions of Americans, coast to coast, celebrated Independence Day with parties in the backyard, by the pool and at the lake, we were celebrating at the beach, during our annual vacation in New Smyrna Beach, Florida.
