Bridal Shower Favorite

In August 2010 I had the honor of attending the bridal shower of my future sister in law, Charla. Her mom and aunts treated us all to a beautiful afternoon and some delicious food! A few things have changed in the last 2 years, Charla is expecting her first child, a baby boy in May, we've had another wedding in the family since then, and even some harder times, but one thing is still the same as that August day. How much I love the pasta salad we were served! The key to this pasta is McCormick's Perfect Pinch Salad Supreme Seasoning, which is ironic b/c McCormick was also Char's maiden name. (So I always refer to this as "her" salad, for more than one reason!) I've made this again and again since that day and it's absolutely delicious every time! The fresh veggies and flavor from the seasoning blend put it in my Top 2 Favorite Pasta Salads of all time! They made it w/ spaghetti, but I found the multi-colored rotini is extra festive and for large gatherings a little less messy, but really any pasta would work.  I'm so thankful to her family for introducing me to it b/c now mine can enjoy it for years to come and always remember the day we welcomed a very special lady into the family!

Supreme Pasta Salad
16 oz. garden rotini, cooked, drained and cooled
1 c. Italian salad dressing
3 Roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
4 TBS McCormick's Perfect Pinch Salad Supreme Seasoning
1/2 c. diced red onion

In a large bowl place cooled pasta. Add veggies. Mix well. Pour dressing over. Stir to combine. Sprinkle w/ seasoning and gently fold to coat. Cover. Chill at least 4 hours. Gently toss before serving.
