"Sushi" Sandwiches
4 slices sandwich bread, crusts removed
Peanut Butter
Jelly or Jam ( I used Alex's favorite, raspberry)
2 slices deli meat (I used bologna)
2 American cheese slices
Mustard/ Mayo (Alex likes mustard)
With a rolling pin or large soup can, roll bread until thin. On 2 slices of bread spread peanut butter and jelly. On the other 2, spread a little mustard or mayo, place the deli meat and cheese. Roll each into a tight roll and cut into 4 pieces each.

ReplyDeleteJUST GENIUS! One lucky boy
ReplyDeleteKrista, how adorable. I love this. Plus, it's probably a great way for kids to get comfortable with other foods without going head first into the raw.
ReplyDeleteFabulous.
