Crock Pot Vegetable Beef Soup
1 lb. round steak, diced into small chunks
1 lb. round steak, diced into small chunks
1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes, undrained
2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
3 celery ribs, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
1 large onion, diced
6 beef bouillon cubes (extra may be needed)
Salt and pepper to taste
3 cups water
1 1/2 cups frozen mixed veggies
Place all ingredients in crock pot. Cover and cook on high for 6 hours. Then low for 2 additional hours.
